Pavel Ivanov is a graduate of VGIK: Directing Department (Menshov’s workshop).

Before that he got an actor degree in St-Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy. That’s why he easily works with actors and they understand each other quickly.

Another Pavel's strong suit is choreography. He used to go in for professional dance courses and has an experience of directing ads with choreography.
